Anil focuses on the non-profit, foundation, and NGO work at Formative. He has helped organizations such as the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and Giving Tuesday with campaign planning, social media efforts and telling stories to help engage audiences around social good efforts in global health and development. In a previous life, he worked as a product development researcher and strategist for clients including Microsoft, Getty Images, Samsung and Xerox. Anil is one of the last few people on earth who still gets a print subscription to a newspaper.
Adam leads digital strategy and product development for many of Formative’s Social Impact clients. With a background in private, nonprofit, and political sectors, Adam has had a wide ranging set of experiences, from launching the iPhone, to leading digital products for Obama 2012, to rolling out Obamacare. Adam received a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Washington and a Master in Public Policy from Georgetown. He can be found at Husky Stadium on most Saturdays, whether there is a game or not.
